The Dress Code for both the Adult and Kids classes is:
White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt Students wear a White Gi, a school shirt or a plain white T-shirt, and their belt.
Brown Belt and Black Belt Students wear a Black Gi, a school shirt or a plain white T-shirt, and their belt.
Shoes worn outdoors should never be worn on the mat.
If you are coming in for a free trial class please wear loose clothing that you can move comfortably in, like shorts or sweats. The Women’s Self Defense Class does not require any uniform.
Students can wear a school shirt, or a plain white T shirt.
